Emotional Wellbeing
In 2007, we took up a new initiative and launched a program called MAP – Member Assistance Program in association with 1to1help.net. They are a professional set up with trained and experienced counselors who provide Marico members and their immediate families through counseling (Face to Face, Telephone & Online). In addition to this, web resources are also offered, where members can access articles and also engage in e-workshops.

The objective of MAP is to help Marico members unwind and confront the problems and explore inner peace and tranquility. It empowers team members and their families to make their lives healthier, more rewarding and also more meaningful. The service helps in providing the members with a thorough understanding of the problem and simultaneously providing a healing touch.

This service is absolutely free for all Marico members and their immediate families. Confidentiality aspect is protected as well.
