Nikhil Khattau is an experienced investor, entrepreneur, and investment banker with over 41 years of experience. At Mayfield, Mr. Khattau has been leading investments since 2007. As an entrepreneur,he was the founding CEO of SUN F&C, one of India’s first privately-owned mutual fund houses. His investment banking experience was with EY&'s corporate Finance Group in London and New York.

Mr. Khattau believes that the Indian consumer is changing habits and he works with entrepreneurs at the forefront of this change. Food, online brands and consumer financial services are areas of his particular interest. Among his board positions are Marico Limited (listed, packaged consumer goods), Kaya Limited (listed, specialty skin care), Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited (listed, pharmaceuticals), Securens(remote monitoring and surveillance), Licious (online meat brand), EatClub (online QSR restaurant chain) and GOAT Brand Labs (online house of brands).

Mr. Khattau is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mumbai.

Rajendra Mariwala has done his undergraduate in A. C. College of Technology, Chennai and his Master’s in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, USA. He is currently the Managing Director of Eternis Fine Chemicals Limited, a leading exporter of specialty chemicals. Under his leadership the Company started manufacturing of aroma chemical for fragrance industry in 1993 and over a period of time the Company has established itself as one of the largest aroma chemical players in the world with a manufacturing footprint in India & UK. Recently, the Company has diversified into Cosmetics Ingredients Segment by acquiring Sharon Personal Care Limited a company headquartered in Tel -Aviv, Israel and Italy.

Rajen Mariwala has been an active Executive Committee member and President of Indian Chemical Council for the last year. He brings with him a rich experience of over 35 years in fragrances and 18 years in leading a competitive business in specialty chemicals. He is on the Boards of Marico Limited, Kaya Limited and Westlife Foodworld Limited.

Ms. Sheela Rubina Rahman joined the Board of Marico Bangladesh Limited on June 05, 2022. She is a legal professional in Bangladesh, qualified as an Advocate in the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-law from London, England. She has experience as in-house counsel, litigator and arbitration counsel. With a rich and diverse background, she brings extensive experience from both the private sector, international organisations and non-governmental organisations.

Currently serving as the Director of Legal & Compliance at BRAC, a prominent civil society organization in Bangladesh, Ms. Rahman is in charge of general legal and compliance support for the organization, and its development activities and social enterprises, and overseas nationwide litigation management. In addition, she serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Apex Footwear Limited since January 2025.

Ms. Rahman's professional journey encompasses various roles, including serving as in-house legal counsel for a project finance company and a foreign bank. Her leadership skills were further honed as she led a law office, Maxima. Legal, rendering legal professional services on banking, corporate finance and commercial matters. She was also consultant to multilateral organisations, including International Finance Corporation (IFC), where she provided legal expert advisory services on corporate governance work and assessments for various types of enterprises in the South Asian region, complementing board oversight on environmental and social matters.

Ms. Rahman co-authored a comprehensive comparison of corporate governance laws in South Asia and a code of corporate governance published by the Bangladesh Enterprise Institute, reflecting her deep understanding and commitment to promoting best practices in corporate governance.

Rishabh Mariwala is a second-generation entrepreneur and investor, currently at the helm Sharrp Ventures, the Mariwala Investment Office. A graduate of the Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University, New York, he has further honed his expertise through executive programs at leading global institutions.

In 2010, Rishabh embraced entrepreneurship to gain a holistic understanding of business management. He launched Soap Opera, a brand catering to the masstige and luxury consumer segment. His passion for innovative product formulations and deep consumer insights led to the creation of PureSense in 2016, a premium skincare line focused on luxury and sustainability. In 2015 Rishabh founded Sharrp Ventures, a reputed investment firm today. Pawan Agrawal has been serving as a Nominee Director on the Board of Marico Bangladesh Limited since 2020. He is also the Group CFO and Chief Executive Officer - International Business at Marico. In addition to the role of Group CFO, Pawan assumed the role of CEO - International Business (Rest of South Asia and SE Asia) effective April 1, 2025, leading the business of Marico Southeast Asia and Marico Bangladesh.

Under his leadership, these businesses continued to deliver robust performance, driven by a strong innovation pipeline, new product launches, and consistent execution excellence. Pawan has played a key role in strengthening business fundamentals, enhancing operational discipline, and building organizational resilience, contributing to the sustained momentum of Marico’s international portfolio. Effective April 1, 2026, Pawan has taken over expanded responsibilities of leading the overall international business of Marico and has been designated as Group CFO and Chief Executive Officer - International Business.  

As the Group CFO, Pawan is entrusted with the organization’s financial well-being, where he continues to play a key role in driving business growth, enhancing operational performance and supporting the development of long-term financial strategies. With an overall 25 years of experience, Pawan has worked across various finance verticals, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, Taxation, Commercial and Corporate Governance functions. 

Pawan joined Marico in 2004 as Regional Operations Manager for the South Sales Division in Hyderabad. Over the years, he has contributed extensively to several key areas in Finance and Business while handling scale & complexity. He has been instrumental in executing Marico's diversification strategy, notably facilitating the acquisitions of digital first brands such as Beardo, Just Herbs, True Elements, Plix, 4700BC and Cosmix.

Pawan was awarded CFO of the Year in the Consumer Sector category at the 3rd Edition of the CII CFO Excellence Awards 2023-24. Pawan was also felicitated with The Financial Express CFO of the year Award 2020, under the Large Enterprises Category in Manufacturing Sector. Under his leadership, Marico has been ranked in the ‘LEADERSHIP’ category on the IiAS Indian Corporate Governance Scorecard for six consecutive years and was awarded ‘Best Governed Company in Listed Segment: Medium Category’ at the 23rd ICSI National Awards for Excellence in Corporate Governance 2023.

Ananth Narayanan is an Entrepreneur and an Investor in the consumer internet space in India, with more than 23 years of experience. He is the founder & CEO of Mensa Brands - India's largest D2C house of brands with the vision to build tech-led brands from India for the globe. Within 6 months of operation, Mensa became Asia's fastest unicorn and the second fastest globally. Mensa has 25 brands across Fashion, Home, Beauty & FMCG and achieved a net revenue run rate of $200m while being profitable within a year.

Prior to starting Mensa, Ananth was the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Medlife, one of India's largest e-health company, with business verticals including pharmacy, diagnostics, and e- consultation. After scaling the business, he successfully merged it with Pharmeasy - creating a clear market leader in the healthcare technology space.

Prior to Medlife, he served as the CEO of Myntra, the country's largest platform for fashion and lifestyle products and part of Flipkart/Walmart. Under his leadership, the company witnessed 6x growth while improving profitability in a span of 3.5 years and built the right tech foundation for it's long term success. He was also instrumental in buying Jabong and consolidating Myntra's market leadership.

Ashish Goupal serves as the Nominee Director on the Board of Marico Bangladesh Limited since 2018. He is also the Chief Executive Officer – India Core Business of Marico Limited, responsible for the integrated business structure in India across categories of Foods, Personal care and Skin care.

Prior to this, Ashish has led the company’s international operations across multiple geographies, including Bangladesh, South-East Asia, the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), South Africa and Exports Markets. Within the Marico Group, he plays a pivotal role as a member of the Executive Committee and serves on the Board of Marico Bangladesh (MBL).

His journey with Marico began in 2006 when he joined Marico India as Area Sales Manager. Over the years, Ashish consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership and was subsequently appointed as the Managing Director of Marico Bangladesh Limited (MBL) in July 2018. Under his leadership MBL with listings on the Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchanges since 2009, has rapidly emerged as one of the most dynamic and fast-growing FMCG companies in Bangladesh. In February 2022, Ashish assumed the role of COO for the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) business, as well as New Country Development (NCD) business, in addition to his responsibilities in Bangladesh. In October 2023, Ashish assumed role of CEO International Business and was responsible for driving Marico’s business and people growth journey in international markets. Effective April 01, 2025, he has transitioned as the CEO- India Core Business.

Rajeev Vasudeva has over two decades of global experience as a counsellor and trusted advisor to boards and CEO's of global organizations on leadership and governance issues. He had a career spanning 25 years with Egon Zehnder International in India and the UK, which culminated in his appointment as the global CEO of the firm in 2014. Egon Zehnder is one the leading global executive search and leadership advisory firms with 70 offices across 40 countries. He also founded and co-led the Firm's global Family Business Advisory Practice, addressing the unique challenges faced by family-controlled companies in matters of next generation transitions, family and business governance.

With a combined experience of over 33 years, he currently serves on the Boards of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. (listed on NYSE & TSX), Sofina SA (listed on Euronext) and Pidilite Industries Limited (listed on BSE and NSE). His initial career was as a management consultant with Touche Ross & Co. in the US and thereafter, established his own consulting practice in India, which was merged with Egon Zehnder in 1995. 

Rajeev Vasudeva is an MBA from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and obtained his law degree from the University of Delhi. He completed his Bachelor's in Economics from St. Stephens College.

Apurva Purohit is an Indian Businesswoman with over three decades of experience in the corporate world where she formed significant partnerships with private equity firms and promoters to build and scale up a diverse set of businesses - from early- stage fledgling businesses, to setting up new ventures and to supervising turnarounds in mature and declining organisations.

In her last tenure at Jagran Prakashan Ltd, a multi-media conglomerate, Apurva pivoted the group from a deep-rooted reliance on its traditional print businesses to a focus on new age emerging businesses. The strategies adopted under her tutelage and her emphasis on excellence in implementation increased both the scale and the profitability of these businesses manifold.

She has worked across a variety of media businesses from radio to print to digital and was responsible for building and scaling up Radio City to become a leader in the FM radio space, and subsequently listing it on the stock exchanges in 2017. She was responsible for creating Lodestar, which is today one of the largest media buying agencies in the country, and envisioning Times of India's entry strategy into television, and has worked on famed turnarounds like Zee TV.

Ms. Purohit is the Co-Founder of Aazol Ventures Private Limited, a social impact consumer products venture which connects farmer communities and women self-help groups who grow or make traditional, local food products with urban consumers looking for healthier and more nutritious food choices. Aazol aims to create impact by generating employment in the regions where these communities reside.

She has been a leading voice in the Indian business landscape, advocating gender diversity, what ails it, and what organisations and leaders can do to improve this critical imperative. She is also the author of the two national bestselling books "Lady, You're not a Man"- the Adventures of a Woman at Work and Lady, You're the Boss! Nayantara Bali serves as an Independent Director on publicly listed Boards including Starhub: a leading Telecommunications company in Singapore, Torrent Pharma, a leading Indian Pharmaceutical company, and Inchcape Plc (UK) the leading independent global Automotive Distributor. She is also Director/ Co-owner of ANV Consulting Pte. Ltd., a boutique Management Consultancy that specializes in PE advisory, data analytics, and business/marketing strategy.

With more than 33 years of combined experience, Nayantara has had a stellar career as a business leader with over 28 years of FMCG experience at the international marketing powerhouse Procter & Gamble driving strong business and category growth across Asia Pacific. Her roles included BU head of the Asia-Pacific Beauty Care, Global Skin Care business, Gillette Asia business, and Baby/Feminine Care. Geographic scope over the years has included India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Australasia, Japan, Korea, and China.

Nayantara has a strong track record of successfully launching new brands, categories, and business models to explosive growth. Notable examples include Whisper India, Ariel India, Pampers India, Whisper Choice, Pantene 3-minute Miracle in Asean which has since been expanded globally, H&S Indonesia and Gillette Guard.

Nayantara was among the early Indian members of P&G's Global Business Leadership Council. She was the Asia sponsor on P&G's Global Diversity & Inclusion Council, and also served as a Director on the Boards of P&G Gillette India (2011-13) and P&G Health & Hygiene India (2003-05).

Rajan Bharti Mittal is the Vice-Chairman of Bharti Enterprises, one of India's leading conglomerates with diversified interests in Telecom, Space Communications, Digital Solutions, Financial Services, Real Estate, in addition to other ventures, and has more than 33 years of experience in these fields. Bharti has joint ventures with several global leaders: Singtel, SoftBank, the UK and French Government amongst others. Rajan is also a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Bharti Airtel and Indus Towers along with being Managing Director at Bharti Land.

Bharti Airtel, the flagship company of Bharti Enterprises, is a global telecommunications company with operations in 15 countries across India and Africa. The company also has its presence in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka through its associate entities. The company ranks amongst the top three mobile operators globally and its mobile network covers a population of over two billion people. Airtel is India's largest integrated telecom provider and the second largest mobile operator in Sub-Saharan Africa. Airtel serves nearly half a billion customers across its operations.

Born in 1960, Rajan joined Bharti Enterprises after graduating from Panjab University. An alumnus of Harvard Business School, he is actively involved in overseeing the activities of the group at the corporate level. With his rich experience in the marketing function, he is also involved in many of the new business ventures of the Group.

Rajan serves as a member of several industry associations and policymaking bodies. He is currently an Honorary Member at the Board of Trustees of Brookings Institution, the world's oldest and most prestigious think tank and a member of the President's Council on International Activities (PCIA), Yale University. Additionally, he is an Independent Director on the Boards of companies like Marico and Global Health Limited.

Rajan is amongst the Champions of EDISON Alliance at the World Economic Forum (WEF) - a cross-sector platform to accelerate collaborative action for digital inclusion. He is also a member of the India-Singapore CEO Forum.

He served as the President of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) for the year 2009 - 2010 and is currently a Member of its Executive & Steering Committees. He was also President of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) India in 2012-13. Rajan has been the President of Association of Basic Telecom Operators (now known as Association of Unified Telecom Service Providers of India - AUSPI) for 1999-2000.

Rajan has been honored with the "Indian Business Leader of the Year Award 2011" by Horasis, The Global Visions Community and has also been awarded the "Leonardo International Prize 2012" by Comitato Leonardo, the Italian Quality Committee.

Mr. Bhaskar Bhat has over 4 decades of experience in the corporate world. Since 1983, he was associated with the Tata Watch Project (now Titan Company Limited).At Titan, Mr. Bhat dealt with Sales & Marketing, HR, International Business and various general managerial assignments and retired in September 2019 after serving as its Managing Director from April 2002. Under Mr. Bhat’s leadership, Titan Company Limited enlarged its portfolio and extended its market to Eyewear,Accessories, Fragrances and Sarees. The market cap of Titan Company grew to 13 Billion USD in 2019 and is now the second largest in the Tata Group.

Mr. Bhat graduated in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras and completed his PGDBM from IIM Ahmedabad. He has been conferred the Distinguished Alumnus Award at IIT Madras and IIM Ahmedabad.

Mr. Bhat is the Independent Chairman of the Board of Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited and Independent Director of Metro Brands Limited, Lucas TVS Limited and Orange County Resorts & Hotels Limited. He is also a Board Member of PANIIT Alumni Reach for Gram Udyogi Foundation and IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation, not-for-profit Section 8 Companies.

Mr. Girish Paranjpe has over 35 years of experience in the corporate and business world. Mr. Paranjpe was associated with Wipro Limited (“Wipro”), one of the leading software companies of India, for over two decades, contributing to rise of India’s IT industry from its infancy to its current globally dominant position.

As a Joint-CEO of its IT Business and a member of the Board of Directors of Wipro from 2008-2011, Mr. Paranjpe led Wipro’s IT business worth USD 5.8 billion and employee strength of over one lakh, spread over 54 countries. Subsequently, he joined Bloom Energy in 2011 as the Managing Director of Bloom International. He is also the co-promoter and a General Partner of Exfinity Venture Partners, a venture fund which invests in technology start-ups.

Additionally, Mr. Paranjpe is currently the Non-Executive Independent Chairman of Mphasis Limited, Independent Director of Axis Bank Limited, Crisil Limited, Axis Max Life Insurance Limited and Director of certain other Indian and foreign companies.

Mr. Paranjpe is a Commerce graduate and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
