Shareholder Information
A statement containing names, last known address of the concerned shareholder and amounts remaining unpaid/ unclaimed in respect of an interim dividend declared by the Company in a given financial year is provided herein for the benefit of shareholders. The shareholders who have not yet received credit of dividend amounts or not yet encashed their dividend warrants are requested to lodge their claim with the Company's Registrar & Share Transfer Agents (Link Intime India Private Limited) before its transfer to IEPF. Once transferred to IEPF, no claim shall lie in respect thereof with the Company.
