We believe that Corporate Governance is foundational to the culture of the organisation and aims to promote transparency, integrity and accountability within which all stakeholders of Marico viz., its shareholders, directors and management, society and environment at large, have aligned objectives. It provides the framework for balancing interests of all its stakeholders and ensuring that Marico's businesses are being conducted in an accountable and fair manner. While the philosophy of Marico on governance has been set out since early days, the framework is broad-based to enable Marico to cater to the dynamic needs of the society.
